Notes is a new space on Substack for us to share links, short posts, quotes, photos, and more.
Unlike the essays I send to your inbox, so far notes is proving to be how my micro-expressions as a human with a weird sense of humor show up. I also plan to experiment with Notes as a way to ask questions and explore uncooked ideas for future, longer pieces of writing.
Will it be different than Twitter? I don’t know! Will it be less toxic? Let’s hope so!
One thing is for sure, it’s new… so I wanna try it.
How to join
Head to substack.com/notes or find the “Notes” tab in the Substack app. As a subscriber to Making This up as I Go, you’ll automatically see my notes. Feel free to like, reply, or share them around!
Notes isn’t just for me to share my random thoughts, you can also share notes of your own.
I hope this becomes a space where every reader of Making This up as I Go can share wisdom, new ideas, and interesting quotes from the things we're reading on Substack and beyond.
